20. Daily walks
Susser and I have been doing the 75 day hard. I am doing the 75 day soft because I want it to be manageable. I walk at least 5 miles everyday. Susser is a big runner. Between you and I, I am not doing too well with this relationship. He is a great person but I am not sure him and I connect all that well but I am going to ride it out because maybe it is just me. I have also been on my health grid for the past year and have dropped nearly 40 lbs. YAY!
